Dr. Mandy Liu has been practicing acupuncture in Canada since 2005.  Dr. Liu opened Total Acupuncture Clinic in 2009, after a growing clientele spread the word of her knack for helping people enhance their well-being in a very calming and effective way.

Total Acupuncture Calgary Clinic uses acupuncture, acupressure therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat a wide variety of medical conditions, which aids in regaining health and restoring inner balance. We also now offer Reflexology treatments for the hands and feet, along with Aromatherapy foot massage with pedicure.

Dr. Betty Lew is a Registered Acupuncturist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Calgary, Alberta. 

Dr. Betty Lew's practice includes acupuncture, herbal medicine,  moxibustion, gua sha, cupping, and electrostimulation. 

Her specialties are treating sports injuries, MVA injury, pain and stress, women's health issues, fertility, pregnancy care, digestive disorders, and insomnia.

About Dr. Mandy Liu

The founder of Total Acupuncture Calgary, Dr. Mandy Liu is a Registered Acupuncturist and TCMD in Calgary, Alberta.

She was trained in both western and traditional Chinese medicine in China.

She graduated from the medical school of the Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China in 1995 with a major in clinical medicine. She worked in China in her chosen medical field as a pediatric physician for 5 years before she immigrated to Canada.

She received her certificate in acupuncture from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the year 2000.

In 2009, she studied Auricular Medicine with the world renowned professor Dr. Li-chun Huang, who specializes in the field and has 40 years of practical experience.

Dr. Mandy Liu receives regular advanced training from the TCM hospital in China.

With her strong background in the conventional medical field and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she dedicates her knowledge and passion to help her patients  restore their physical health and emotional balance.

About Dr. Betty Lew

Dr. Betty Lew was born and raised in Calgary but has lived in other cities and traveled to various countries around the world.  She grew up in a Chinese home where Chinese herbal soups were made to treat maladies.  The experiences abroad made her realize how important these herbal soups were and the value of Chinese medical practices.  She moved back home to study Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Dr. Lew welcomes patients on

Tuesdays:            4:00pm-8:00pm

Thursdays:           4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturdays:            1:00pm-5:00pm
